Continual Improvement Record

Creating a Continual Improvement Record (CIR) using eAuditor Audits & Inspections involves documenting any non-conformance, risks, opportunities for improvement, or suggestions identified during inspections, audits, or daily operations. 1. Access eAuditor Audits & Inspections:

  • Open the eAuditor Audits & Inspections app on your device.
  • Log in with your credentials.

2. Create a New Inspection or Audit:

  • Click on “Start Inspection” or “New Inspection.”
  • Select the appropriate template related to your audit or inspection. If you don’t have a template, you might need to create one or use a pre-existing one from the eAuditor Audits & Inspections template library.

3. Document Non-Conformance or Improvement Opportunities:

  • As you perform the inspection or audit, document any non-conformance, potential risks, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Use the “Add Notes” feature to describe the issue or improvement in detail.
  • Attach photos, videos, or other media to support your documentation.

4. Create a Continual Improvement Record:

  • After identifying a non-conformance or opportunity for improvement, you can log it as a Corrective Action or Improvement Task.
  • Go to the “Actions” section in eAuditor Audits & Inspections.
  • Click “Add Action.”
  • Fill in the details such as:
    • Action Title: Describe the issue or opportunity briefly.
    • Description: Provide a detailed description of the non-conformance or improvement area.
    • Priority: Assign a priority level (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
    • Due Date: Set a deadline for when the action should be completed.
    • Assignee: Assign the action to a responsible person or team.

5. Follow-Up on Actions:

  • Ensure that the assigned person or team completes the action within the specified timeframe.

6. Review and Close the Record:

  • Once the action has been completed, review the outcome.
  • If the improvement or corrective action is satisfactory, you can close the record.
  • Document the final outcome or any additional notes in the “Actions” section.

7. Export or Share the Record:

  • After completing the CIR, you can export it as a PDF or share it directly via email.
  • Go to “Export” in the inspection or audit, and choose the desired format (PDF, Word, etc.).
  • Save or send the record as needed.

8. Continuous Monitoring:

  • Continual Improvement is an ongoing process. Regularly monitor the effectiveness of the implemented changes.
  • Use eAuditor Audits & Inspections to track trends and identify areas for further improvement.
