1. Open the App
Open eAuditor on your phone or tablet.
2. Create a Template for Basic Hazard Identification Template

Signatures
Collect the inspector’s signature to confirm the report.
4. Complete the Inspection for Basic Hazard Identification Template
Open the template in eAuditor during the safety inspection.
Identify hazards and record the details.
5. Save the Record
Tap Complete Inspection.
Export the report as a PDF.
Save the file as a hazard identification record.
