Perform a Daily Vehicle Checklist Using eAuditor
1. Open the App
Open eAuditor on your phone or tablet.
2. Create a Template for Daily Vehicle Checklist
- Go to Templates.
- Tap Create Template.

3. Add Simple Sections for Daily Vehicle Checklist
Basic Information
Add fields for:

Photos
Add photos in eAuditor if you see damage or safety issues.
Comments
Write notes about any problems or repairs needed.
Signatures
Collect the driver’s signature to confirm the checklist.
4. Complete the Inspection for Daily Vehicle Checklist
Open the template in eAuditor before driving the vehicle.
Check each item and record the results.
5. Save the Record
Tap Complete Inspection.
Export the report as a PDF.
Save the file as a daily vehicle inspection record.
