1. Open the App
Open eAuditor on your phone or tablet.
2. Create a Template for Daily Workshop Inspection

Housekeeping Check
Make sure the workshop stays clean and organized.
Photos
Add photos in eAuditor if you see hazards or damage.
Comments
Write notes about problems or repairs needed.
Signatures
Collect the inspector’s signature to confirm the inspection.
4. Complete the Inspection for Daily Workshop Inspection
Open the template in eAuditor during the daily workshop check.
Inspect each area and record the results.
5. Save the Record
Tap Complete Inspection.
Export the report as a PDF.
Save the file as a daily inspection record.
