Share inspection report links
What are inspection report links?
- This article is unrelated to template and inspection access. Instead, it's another way to share inspection reports for stakeholders to view.
What you'll need
- Any eAuditor Plan
- Web app or mobile app
- Any seat type
- If you have report layouts created for your inspection reports, you can apply a report layout to an inspection report link by setting it as the default layout.
- If you turn inspection report links off for your organization, you won't be able to create and share inspection report links.

Limitations
Once an inspection report link is disabled, the following link that is created will be a new link, rather than reactivation of the old one. This means you would need to share the new link again for stakeholders to view.
Inspection report links don’t support archived inspections.
