The AI Report Analysis feature uses artificial intelligence to automatically interpret audit and inspection data. It generates numerical scores, visual bar graphs, and AI-driven suggestions based on your report responses, helping you identify trends, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in seconds.
2. Where is this feature currently available?
The AI Report Analysis feature is available now on the web version of eAuditor at https://dashboard.eauditor.app. The mobile version will be available soon, allowing field inspectors to access AI insights on the go.
3. How does AI generate the analysis and suggestions?
The system uses advanced language and analytical models to evaluate your report data, scoring responses based on compliance, performance, or quality. It then visualizes results in bar graphs and provides suggestions that highlight key actions to improve low-scoring areas or maintain strong performance.
4. What type of reports can use AI Analysis?
AI Report Analysis can be applied to any completed inspection or audit report created in eAuditor — including safety checks, quality audits, housekeeping inspections, facility assessments, or custom checklists.
5. What does the bar graph represent?
The bar graph visually displays performance or compliance levels across categories or sections of your report. Each bar corresponds to a score, helping you see which areas performed well and which need attention.
6. Can I include AI-generated suggestions in my exported reports?
Yes. You can choose to include or exclude AI suggestions in your report exports or dashboards. This gives you flexibility depending on whether you’re sharing internal analyses or formal client-facing reports.
7. Are AI scores customizable?
Scores are automatically calculated based on your checklist design and response logic. However, you can adjust question weights and scoring rules within your checklist template to influence how the AI calculates final results.

No. Your data remains secure and private within your eAuditor account.
