- Please note that as of October 17, 2022, eAuditor will no longer be available in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the regions of Crimea, Luhansk, or Donetsk as one of our third party service providers has restricted access to users in certain regions in line with U.S. sanctions and export control laws.
Frequently asked questions
eAuditor uses certain third-party service providers to manage its security and user authentication. They provide the necessary tools for our engineers to build and run a secure application with the necessary authentication, data protection, and password management. In other words, their service allows you to log in securely and use eAuditor.
If you’re based in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the regions of Crimea, Luhansk, or Donetsk, you won’t be able to log in to your account or access eAuditor services. If you want to deactivate or delete your account, please get in touch with your customer success manager or contact our customer support team for further assistance.
