FAQ: Free Plan changes

What are the changes to the Free Plan?
Template limit
Organizations on the Free Plan can create and download as many templates as they need. However, only the 5 oldest templates will remain active and available for unlimited inspections. Any new templates created or downloaded will be locked and can only be used for inspections on a Premium or Enterprise Plan.
Template and inspection access rules

Managing access rules for templates and inspections is no longer available on the Free Plan. Instead, all users will have the following default access:

  • Templates: “Conduct, edit” access level.

  • Inspections: “View, edit” access level.

Analytics

We’re bringing Analytics to the Free Plan! This simplified version of Premium Analytics gives free teams access to the following features:

  • Dashboards: View your Actions, Issues, and Inspections data with 3 default dashboards.

  • Filters: You can filter your dashboard by selecting a predefined date range, setting a period interval, or filtering by relevant groups and sites. You can also apply filters to charts for more relevant results.

  • Downloading charts: You can download an Analytics chart as an image in PNG or JPG format. If your chart type supports legends, you can also turn the “Remove legend” setting on or off to make the data more relevant to you.
