My plan renewal failed even though my credit card is valid. How do I fix it?
Understand why your plan renewals fail with valid credit cards and learn how to resolve it.
Problem
If you’re sure that the credit card you’ve provided should work for renewing your eAuditor plan, the issue may be related to 3D Secure. 3D Secure is an extra layer of security for online transactions that requires cardholders to verify their identity using a password or a one-time code sent to their phone. While this process helps protect cardholders and merchants from unauthorized transactions and fraud, it can occasionally block successful payments.
Solution
If you suspect the issue is related to 3D Secure, contact our support team for assistance. They will verify if 3D Secure is causing the problem and help remove your existing credit card from your plan. Once the card is removed, you can add it back, and you will be prompted to authenticate the payment using 3D Secure. This should resolve the issue and allow your renewal to process successfully.
