Continual Improvement Record
Creating a Continual Improvement Record (CIR) using eAuditor Audits & Inspections involves documenting any non-conformance, risks, opportunities for improvement, or suggestions identified during inspections, audits, or daily operations. Here’s a general guide on how to do it:
1. Access eAuditor Audits & Inspections:
- Open the eAuditor Audits & Inspections app on your device.
- Log in with your credentials.
2. Create a New Inspection or Audit:
- Click on “Start Inspection” or “New Inspection.”
- Select the appropriate template related to your audit or inspection. If you don’t have a template, you might need to create one or use a pre-existing one from the eAuditor Audits & Inspections template library.
3. Document Non-Conformance or Improvement Opportunities:
- As you perform the inspection or audit, document any non-conformance, potential risks, or opportunities for improvement.
- Use the “Add Notes” feature to describe the issue or improvement in detail.
- Attach photos, videos, or other media to support your documentation.
4. Create a Continual Improvement Record:
- After identifying a non-conformance or opportunity for improvement, you can log it as a Corrective Action or Improvement Task.
- Go to the “Actions” section in eAuditor Audits & Inspections.
- Click “Add Action.”
- Fill in the details such as:
- Action Title: Describe the issue or opportunity briefly.
- Description: Provide a detailed description of the non-conformance or improvement area.
- Priority: Assign a priority level (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
- Due Date: Set a deadline for when the action should be completed.
- Assignee: Assign the action to a responsible person or team.
5. Follow-Up on Actions:
- Ensure that the assigned person or team completes the action within the specified timeframe.
6. Review and Close the Record:
- Once the action has been completed, review the outcome.
- If the improvement or corrective action is satisfactory, you can close the record.
- Document the final outcome or any additional notes in the “Actions” section.
7. Export or Share the Record:
- After completing the CIR, you can export it as a PDF or share it directly via email.
- Go to “Export” in the inspection or audit, and choose the desired format (PDF, Word, etc.).
- Save or send the record as needed.
8. Continuous Monitoring:
- Continual Improvement is an ongoing process. Regularly monitor the effectiveness of the implemented changes.
- Use eAuditor Audits & Inspections to track trends and identify areas for further improvement.
