Planned Task Observation Using eAuditor
The Planned Task Observation helps you monitor work activities, identify unsafe acts, and ensure safe work practices. It supports hazard control and improves worker behavior. You can use eAuditor to record observations, assign actions, and track safety improvements.
1. Open the App
Open eAuditor on your phone or tablet.
2. Create the Template
Go to Templates
Tap Create Template
Choose Blank Template
3. Add Sections
Basic Information
Add fields for:
- Site or department name
- Location
- Date and time
- Observer name
- Task being observed

Define the task:
- Description of the activity
- Tools and equipment used
- Number of workers involved
- Work permit (if required)

Open the template in eAuditor during observation.
Record findings, identify risks, and assign actions.

Tap Complete Inspection
Export the report as a PDF
